Eva Duarte ( Raposo) Raposo, 85, of Fall River, widow of the late Jose Luis Raposo, passed away at home surrounded by her loving family. Born in  Ajuda de Bretanha, a daughter of the late Joao and Mariana (Marcelina) Raposo. She worked at Fall River Shirt Company for many years, and was a parishioner of Espirito Santo Church. She is survived by:  four children, Ana Botelho and her husband Manuel, Susan Raposo and her husband Manuel, Jose E. Raposo and his wife June and Theresa Miranda and her husband Eddie all of Fall River; five siblings, Maria Camara of Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, Jose Raposo of Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, Mariana DeAlmeida of Fall River, Marcia Tavares of Hamilton, Ontario, Canada and Teresa Camara of East Providence; eight grandchildren Gary Pinto and his wife Ilda of Westport,Massachusetts, Tiffany Branco of Fall River, Massachusetts, Melissa Laurence and her husband Andrew of Somerset, Massachusetts, Cassie Miranda of Fall River, Massachusetts, Sarah Botelho of Fall River,Massachusetts, Megan Miranda of Los Angeles, California, Brandon Raposo of Fall River, Massachusetts and Tyler Raposo of Fall River, Massachusetts; eight great grandchildren Brady Pinto, Isabella Pinto both of Westport, Massachusetts, Kamryn Norwood of Fall River, Massachusetts, Jeffrey Branco of Fall River, Massachusetts, Cadence Quintal of Fall River, Eva Laurence and Andrew Lawrence, Jr. both of Somerset, Ayla Wilding of Tiverton, Rhode Island ; and many nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Silvina Pavao. Her Funeral Mass was celebrated on Thursday, January 31st, in Espirito Santo Church followed by her committal at Notre Dame Cemetery.
