Eveline T. Ferreira, 73, of Tiverton, wife of Raymond Ferreira, passed away on Sunday at St.Anne's Hospital. Born in Fall River, she was the daughter of the late Manuel S. and Imelda (Lizotte) Teixeira. Eveline owned and operated a house-cleaning business for many years. An avid reader, she also loved to cook and spend time with family. She enjoyed her wonderful road trips, visiting 47 states altogether. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who always had a smile on her face. Besides her husband, she leaves her children: Brenda Peter and husband Tom of Preston, Conn. and Raymond J. Ferreira and wife Lisa of Hope, R.I.; seven grandchildren: Matthew, Zachary, Maggie, Daniel, Emily, Katie Peter and Patrick Pepper; three brothers: Roger Teixeira and wife Judy, Henry Teixeira and wife Margie, and Joseph Teixeira and wife Martha; and many nieces and nephews. She was also the sister of the late Dolores Kocor and George Teixeira. Her Funeral Mass was celebrated on Saturday, April 29th, in St. Anthony of Padua Church. Burial at a later date will be private.
