Evelyn (Branco) De Jesus, 90, of Fall River, widow of Humberto De Jesus, passed away Wednesday, July 19, 2017, at St. Anne's Hospital. Born in St. Michael, Azores, daughter of the late Manuel Branco and the late Maria do Rosario (Raposa) Machado formerly Branco, Evelyn emigrated to Fall River in 1970 and worked in the local textile industry for several years.

She loved spending time with her family, and is survived by: a daughter, Anna P. Silva of Fall River; a granddaughter, Kaylor Silva; and two great grandchildren, Ava and Conner. She was also the mother of the late John R. De Jesus.

Her Funeral Service was held on Monday, July 24th, in our Fall River Chapel followed by her committal at St. Patrick Cemetery.
