He was a Veteran of the United States Navy and proudly served his Country during peacetime. Prior to his retirement, he worked at the Providence VA in the maintenance department for many years. He volunteered for numerous charities and also at the annual Madeira Feast in New Bedford where he specialized in making stone bread. A member of the Prince Henry Society, Feliciano was awarded "Man of the Year" in 2017. But most notably, he was a very hard worker who provided well for his family and enjoyed spending quality time with all of them, especially his granddaughter.
Besides his loving wife of forty years, he leaves: his two sons, Joshua F. Freitas and Jared E. Freitas, both of Fall River; his precious granddaughter, Madeline Freitas; sisters, Francine F. LeComte, Jason Bouska, Eric Bouska, and Adam Bouska; and several grandnieces and grandnephews.
His Funeral Mass was celebrated on Wednesday, August 4th, in Holy Name Church followed by his Committal with Military Honors at Notre Dame Cemetery.
