Fernanda (Costa Cardoso) Azevedo, 81, of Fall River, wife of Amilcar Azevedo, passed away on Sunday, June 3, 2018, at Charlton Memorial Hospital. Born in Lisbon, Portugal, she was the daughter of the late Alvaro Cardoso and Marcelina Cardoso (Costa).

She worked as a Certified Nurse's Aide at a nursing home for many years prior to her retirement.

Besides her husband, she is survived by: a son, Alan Azevedo and his wife Christine of Fall River; a sibling, Alberto Cardoso and his late wife Kitas of Portugal; and a niece & nephew. She was also the mother of the late Paul Azevedo

Her Funeral was held privately with Interment in Oak Grove Cemetery.
