God called our beloved Mother, Florence Kazen, safely home on December 15th. Born in Fall River, daughter of the late Theresa and John Camara: beloved mother of Karen Kazen, Judith L. (Kazen) Smith (husband-Richard), Michelle Ventura, Joseph M. Kazen (wife-Erin) and the late David and Louis J. Kazen (his wife is Jane); grandmother of Jessica L. and Lanie S. Kazen, Daniel J. and Nicholas A. Ventura; great grandmother of Braden Ventura and Siege McQueen; sister of John Camara, Jr. and the late Dorothy (Camara) Souza; former wife of the late Gilbert P. Kazen. She also leaves many nephews, nieces, cousins and friends. She devoted her life to her children and grandchildren and will be sadly missed. A graduate of SMU (now UMASS Dartmouth), Flo worked for Greater Brockton Home Health and Childcare until retirement and enjoyed bingo and card playing. Following her cremation, a Memorial Mass was celebrated on Saturday, December 29th in Holy Name Church.
