Francis "Frank" Margarida, 82, husband of Elizabeth "Betty" (Oliver) Margarida, died May 24th at R.I. Hospital. Born in Fall River, son of the late John & Mary (Francis) Margarida, he was a longtime resident of Somerset and had worked for many years as a tank farm coordinator at Peterson Puritan of Cumberland, RI, until retiring in 1993. Besides his loving wife of 58 years, he leaves: 2 children, Tom Margarida (wife Carol) of Lee, MA, & Cheryl Steinbrick (husband Paul) of Pascoag, RI; a brother, John Margarida (wife Natalie) of Tiverton; 2 grandsons, William F. Henderson (wife Samantha) of Swansea & Douglas R. Henderson of Warren, RI; 3 great grandchildren, Sabrina, William Jake & Ariana Nicole; several nieces & nephews. His Funeral Mass was celebrated at the St. Patrick Church in Somerset. He was laid to rest at St. Patrick Cemetery.
