Francisco "Frankie" Nogueira, Jr., 90, of Somerset, husband of the late Seraphina (Furtado) Nogueira, passed away peacefully on Monday, September 18, 2023, at Kimwell Nursing Home following a brief illness. Born in Fall River, he was a son of the late Francisco T. Nogueira, Sr. and the late Angelina (Resendes) Nogueira.

Prior to his retirement he worked as a Supervisor for G.T.E. for many years. Frank was very well known for his most recent job as the friendly greeter at the Somerset Home Depot, a position he truly loved. An avid Yankees fan, he also enjoyed dining out, meticulously maintaining his home and yard, and watching the Portuguese hour on Saturdays.

He leaves his loving son, Steven P. Nogueira of Somerset; his grandchildren, Randy and Jessica; one sister, Helen Nogueira of Taunton; one brother, Raymond Nogueira and his wife, Patricia, of Fall River; Goddaughter, Karen Charette and her husband, Roland Patenaude; and several nieces and nephews. He was also the father of the late Richard T. Nogueira; and brother of the late Carlos Nogueira, Breckles Nogueira, and Alice Nogueira.

His Funeral Mass was celebrated on Thursday, September 28th, in St. John of God Church followed by his committal at St. Patrick Cemetery in Fall River.
