Born in Fall River, a son of the late Frank Andrade and Otilia (Araujo) Andrade.

Prior to his retirement he worked at the Fall River Gas Company for over 40 years, and supervised dispatchers and meter readers.  He was a parishioner of the former Holy Rosary Church.

In addition to his husband, he is survived by: his two children Joshua P Andrade and Frank P Andrade, Jr. and his wife Casie  all of Fall River; 2 granddaughters Lindsey & Katelyn, 5 siblings, Brian Andrade, Elizabeth Amaral, Madeline Andrade all of Fall River, James Andrade of Taunton, and Deborah Farias of Tiverton. He was the brother of the late Michael Andrade.

Due to the COVID pandemic, a private funeral service was held on Friday, April 3rd, from our Fall River Chapel followed by his committal at Notre Dame Cemetery.

When the current crisis allows, his family is planning to celebrate his life with a Memorial Funeral Mass at St. Mary's Cathedral, which will be announced here.
