Frank D. Hinman, 87, of Swansea, passed away on Monday, January 9th. Husband of the late Hilda (Souza) Hinman. Born in Hancock, NY, son of the late Carmi and Alta (Gregory) Hinman. A WWII veteran of the U.S. Navy, Frank worked as a control room engineer at the former New England Power. Survivors include a son, Donald F. Hinman of Swansea; a daughter, Paula Boissonneau of Swansea; sisters, Edna Lake of Florida and Evelyn Cox of New York; grandchildren, Zachary, Quinn and Dylan Boissonneau; and several nieces and nephews. Following a private cremation, a celebration of his life was held at our Somerset Chapel on Wednesday, January 18.
