Frank S. Sullivan, 62, of Fall River, passed away Sunday unexpectedly. Husband of Christin Sullivan. Born in Fall River, son of the late William M. and Louisa (Silvia) Sullivan. He graduated from B.M.C. Durfee High School, Class of 1967 and later served in Vietnam with the US Army. The Assistant Director of Citizens for Citizens, Frank started his career there in 1974 and shortly after founded their "Operation Christmas" program which is still going strong today. A long standing member of the Fall River's Elks Lodge (where he served in various capacities), he was also a member of the American Legion and the VFW. Brother of Silvia Boardman (husband – John), Michael W. Sullivan (wife – Claire L.), William Sullivan (wife – Mikeline) and Richard M. Sullivan (wife – Susan). He also leaves many nieces and nephews. His Funeral Mass was celebrated on Friday, May 25 in Holy Name Church followed by his committal with military honors at St. Patrick Cemetery.
