Gary Viens, 52, of Fall River, loving companion of Cheryl Killin, died Wednesday, Dec. 5, 2007 at Charlton Memorial Hospital after a long illness. Born in Fall River, son of the late Raymond E. & Annette (Bernier) Viens, he was a lifelong resident of Fall River. A cab driver for man years with Vet's Cab and Yellow Cab, he had also worked at Lightolier. He most enjoyed spending time with his kids and grandkids. Besides Cheryl, survivors include: children, Nicole M. Alves, Danielle Kenney, Raymond Viens & Ashley Viens all of Fall River; siblings, Edward Viens of Coventry, RI, Kenneth Duarte & Gail Viens both of Fall River; 5 grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. He was also brother of the late Richard R. Viens. A Memorial Mass was offered on Saturday, Dec. 15, in St. Anne's Church. His cremation arrangements were private.
