George A. Bolen, Jr., 81, of Fall River, passed away Monday at Charlton Memorial Hospital. Husband of Rose Marie (Silvia) Bolen. Born in Fall River, son of the late George and Elsie Bolen. An Army veteran, after his service in Korea, he worked at Firestone until its closing. Later he owned and managed the former Lincoln Café and later M&S Liquors. Beloved father of Christopher G. Bolen; brother of Phillip Bolen (wife – Pauline), Judy Annunziata (husband –Louis) and the late Donald and Nancy Bolen. He also leaves sisters-in-law, Evelyn Bolen and Linda Silvia (husband – Richard); brother-in-law, Francis Souza and many nieces and nephews. His Funeral Mass was celebrated on Thursday, February 27, in St. Mary's Cathedral followed by his committal at St. Patrick Cemetery.
