Geraldine Borges, 79, formerly of Eagle St., passed away February 27, after a long illness. Widow of Fernando Borges. Born in Fall River, daughter of the late Manuel and Olive (Amaral) Oliveira. Mother of Fernando Borges, Jr., Stephen Borges, Cynthia Ferreira, Joyce Ferreira and Elaine Emond; sister of Natalia Swist. She also leaves 11 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Her funeral arrangements were private.
