Germano S. Loras, 73, of Fall River, passed away Tuesday at Charlton Memorial Hospital. Husband of Maria S. Loras. Born in Povoacao, St. Michael, Azores, son of the late Antonio and Maria (Simoes) Loras. He retired from Lightolier. Beloved father of Deborah L. Cordeiro (husband-Vasco, Jr) and Linda M. Pereira (husband-Fernando); loving grandfather of Noah, Julia and Lucas; brother of Maria Jose Aguiar, Maria da Gloria Fagundo and the late Maria Lazaro, Camila Borges, Idalina Tavares, Gil Simoes, Manuel and Antonio Amaral. He also leaves many nieces and nephews. His funeral Mass was celebrated in St Anthony of Padua Church. He was laid to rest at St Patrick Cemetery.
