Gloria A. (Coulombe) Labounty, 76, of Thibodaux, Louisiana and formerly of Gardner Ave. in Somerset, died Sunday, March 23rd, 2008, at the Thibodaux Health Care Center. Born in Somerset, she was a daughter of the late John B. & Phoebe (Pine) Coulombe. Gloria worked as a waitress at the former Phoebe's Restaurant in Somerset. Her survivors include a son, Joseph L. Labounty, III, of Key West, FL, daughter, Paula Dornan of Thibodaux, LA, grandchildren, Helah LeBoeuf, Heidi Bassa and Michael Labounty and great grandchildren, Phoebe and Benjamin LeBoeuf. She was also sister of the late George & Jean Coulombe. Her funeral was held Saturday, March 29, 2008 in St. John of God Church, officiated by Rev. Raul Lagoa. Interment was in St. Patrick Cemetery. Pallbearers were Joseph L. Labounty, III, Michael Dornan, Christopher LeBoeuf and Carlos Bassa.
