Gregory J. Pavao, 55, of Somerset, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, January 8, 2023 at Charlton Memorial Hospital. Born in Fall River, he was a son of Marie (Mauricio) Solomito and the late Thomas Solomito, Jr.

He worked as a carpenter in the local construction industry for many years. A very hard worker, he also loved history and collecting antiques. Greg was a friendly man and was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. An organ donor, he was directly instrumental in saving the lives of four people at the time of his passing.

He leaves his two children; his sister, Jennifer Messier and her husband, Peter, and his brother, Vincent Pavao, both of Somerset, and many nieces and nephews. He was also the brother of the late Ryan Solomito.

A visitation period was held on Friday, January 20th, in our Somerset Chapel. A private cremation followed. In lieu of flowers, kindly consider a donation in Greg's memory to: St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude PL, Memphis, TN 38105-9959
