Grinualda R. Pacheco, 83, of Fall River, widow of Dimas Leite Pacheco, passed away on Tuesday, November 14, 2023, at St. Anne's Hospital. Born in Lombinha da Maia, St. Michael, Azores, a daughter of the late Clemento Medeiros Rodondo and the late Maria Jose (Rodrigues) Medeiros, she emigrated to Fall River in 1971.

She worked in the local textile industry for many years, retiring in 2005, and was a member of the International Ladies Garment Workers Union. Grinualda enjoyed cooking and gardening.

She is survived by: two daughters, Maria Grace Torres (husband Lou) of Westport and Selina Krauzyk (husband Jeff) of Somerset; four siblings, Maria Inez Pacheco, Natalie, Ricardo and Jose Augusto Medeiros all of Canada; three grandchildren, Bryan, Brandon, and Kaylie; and several nieces and nephews. Grinualda was predeceased by her sister, Dinazara Bulhoes.

Her Funeral Mass was celebrated on Saturday, November 18th, in Holy Trinity Parish Church followed by her committal at Notre Dame Cemetery.
