Helene Lee Weiner, 83, of Somerset, wife of the late Sol "Chick" Weiner, passed away Friday, at Country Gardens. Born in Chicago, a daughter to the late Albert and Pearl Oberman, She was a curtain seamstress for many years. She leaves: a son Michael Weiner and his wife Cynthia of Texas, and four grandchildren: Chris Beirola and his wife Joyce , Amanda Davis and her husband Stephen both of Swansea, Wayne Beirola and his wife Priscilla of Georgia, and Jason Weiner and his wife Amanda of Texas. Her great grandchildren include: Tanner, Quincy Grace, Tatiana and Ian Beirola, Noah and Alexendra Davis. She leaves several nieces and nephews. Helene was the mother of the late Roxanne Weiner Beirola, and the sister of the late Gerald Oberman of Florida. She was known as "GRANDMA" on WSAR. Her Funeral Service was held on Wednesday, June 1st, during visiting hours at our Somerset Chapel. Her private cremation followed.
