Henrique S. Medeiros, 72, of Fall River, passed away Tuesday after a long illness. Husband of Almerinda (Pimentel) Medeiros. Born in Santa Barbara, Santo Antonio, St. Michael, Azores, son of the late Henrique A. and Rosa (Tavares) Medeiros. He was the founder and manager of the former Henry's Cafe on Pleasant St. Beloved father of Henry Medeiros (wife-Charlene), Anna Demers (husband- Chris), Jeremiah Medeiros, Sr., Rosa Rovoredo (husband- Flavio) and Billy Medeiros; grandfather of Crystal and Jeremiah (Jr.) Medeiros, Corey Felix, Alex and Kelly Rovoredo and Taryn Demers; great grandfather of Jayden, Jordan and Chloe; brother of the late Antonio Medeiros and Fernanda Arruda. He also leaves several nieces and nephews.
His funeral Mass was celebrated on Saturday, February 2, 2013 at Espirito Santo Church. He was laid to rest at St. Patrick Cemetery.
