Henry Tetreault, age 68, peacefully entered into rest surrounded by family and friends on Saturday, November 17, 2007, at the St. Anne's Hospital in Fall River, after a courageous battle with cancer. He was the beloved husband of Rita Tetreault. Born in Fall River, he was the son of the late Leo Tetreault and the late Rose (Shank) Tetreault. A graduate of the former Prevost High School and a lifelong resident of Fall River, he was the owner and business manager of the former Fall River Pharmacy in the "Flint" section of this City. After fire destroyed the Pharmacy in 1989, he operated Fall River Medical until his retirement in 2000. In addition to his wife, Rita, he is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Louis (Karen) Raposo of Fall River, and Mrs. Marc (Susan) Duquette of New Hampshire, a sister, Doris Sandquist of Wisconsin, two grandsons, Ryan Raposo and Eric Raposo, both of Fall River, and several nieces and nephews. His Funeral Mass, celebrated by Father Richard Chretien, was offered on Wednesday (11/21) in Notre Dame Church. Committal services followed at Notre Dame Cemetery. Pallbearers were Louie, Ryan and Eric Raposo, Marc Duquette, Richard Skurka and David Berman.
