Herminia "Minnie" Chambers (Andrade), 97, wife of the late Raymond Chambers, passed away May 5, 2019 in Charlton Memorial Hospital. Minnie was born in Fall River, and was a daughter of the late Manuel Cordeiro Andrade and the late Francisca Andrade (Rego Costa).  She had lived in Tiverton for the past 61 years. She was a homemaker for most of her life but formerly worked at The Pearl Laundry, and Consolidated Thread. She is survived by:  two children, Ramona Stewart and her husband Geoff of the United Kingdom, and Juanita "Deeta" Chambers of Tiverton, Rhode Island; three grandchildren Scott Vezina, Lillie Stewart, and Cayce Stewart; four great grandchildren Sarah Vezina, Hannah Vezina, Layla Stewart, and Evie Stewart; and several nieces and nephews. She was the sister to the late Lena Mckenna, Tillie Simas, Gabriel Andrade, Charles Andrade, Izadore Andrade, and Noah Andrade and the grandmother of the late Kellie-Anne Vezina. In accord with her wishes, her funeral arrangements were private.
