Ildeberto Medeiros, 60, of Fall River, died Friday after a short illness at St. Anne's Hospital. Born in S. Pedro, Ponta Delgada, S. Miguel, Açores, son of the late Virginio & Alexandrina (Costa) Medeiros, he emigrated to Fall River in 1985 and worked for several years at the former Wakefield Engineering Co. He leaves: a daughter, Veronica Medeiros of California; 5 siblings, Pedro Medeiros (wife Carlota) of Exeter, RI, Dalia Lopes (husband Antonio), Antonio Medeiros (wife Conceicao), Ana Paula Furtado (husband Joao) & Jose M. Medeiros (wife Helia) all of Fall River; several nieces and nephews. His Funeral Mass was celebrated on Monday, November 7, in St Anthony of Padua Church followed by his committal at St. Patrick Cemetery.
