Irene C. (Ouellette) Medeiros, 85, of Fall River, passed away Dec. 10. Wife of the late Joseph Medeiros Jr. Mrs. Medeiros was born in Fall River to the late Oscar and the late Bertha (Proulx) Ouellette. She had been employed as a seamstress at various tailoring shops. Irene is survived by her children: Patrinella Peixoto and her late husband Jesse of Fall River, Edward J. Medeiros of Tiverton, Charlene Pickeral and her husband Randy of Tiverton and Joseph J. Medeiros, III and his wife Rhonda of Fall River and she is also survived by one sister; Pauline Grillo of Fall River. Mrs. Medeiros was the grandmother of fifteen grandchildren, great-grandmother of several great-grandchildren, and great-great grandmother of several great-great grandchildren. She was also mother of the late Beverly R. Daigle and companion of the late Auldie " Kelly " Thornsbury . Following her cremation, a memorial service was held on Saturday, December 17th, in Christ Temple United Pentecostal Church in Tiverton.
