Isabel "Betty" Boudria, age 78, passed away at the Charlton Memorial Hospital in Fall River on Sunday, November 14, 2010, following an extended illness. Born in Fall River, she was a daughter of the late Manuel Pereira and the late Mariana (Oliveira) Pereira. A lifelong resident of Fall River, she was a graduate of B.M.C. Durfee High School and earned her Associates Degree from Bristol Community College. Isabel was employed as an office manager for many years by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in the former Office for Children, retiring in 1990. She was a communicant of Holy Name Church. Surviving family members include a son, Michael Paul Boudria of Fall River, a daughter, Elizabeth A. Ciolek (husband Gregory), of New York City, NY, and two grandchildren, Leah Ciolek of New York, and Noah Boudria of Fall River. Isabel was also the sister of the late Aldina Lawrence and the late Manuel Pereira. Her Funeral Mass was celebrated on Friday, November 19, in Holy Name Church on Hanover Street followed by her committal service at St. Patrick's Cemetery.
