Isaltina (Arruda) DaRosa, 91, of Fall River, passed away peacefully at Crawford Nursing Home. She was the widow of Manuel DaRosa. Born in Sao Vicente, Sao Miguel, daughter of the late Manuel and Francelina (Martins) Arruda. Isaltina loved spending time with her family and greatly enjoyed cooking. Survivors include her daughters, Celia Nobrega of Fall River and Fatima Ladino of Dartmouth; her sons, Eduardo DaRosa of Dartmouth and Jose DaRosa of Swansea; sisters, Isaura Camara and Olivia Martins, both of Sao Miguel; eleven grandchildren and several great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was also mother of the late Maria Relvinha and Francisco DaRosa; and sister of the late Isabel Botelho, Jose Arruda and Manuel Botelho. Her Funeral Mass was celebrated on Tuesday, October 11th, in Espirito Santo Church followed by her committal at Notre Dame Cemetery.
