Jennie T. (D'Elia) Kozack, age 93, passed away at the Charlton Memorial Hospital in Fall River on Friday, November 19, 2010, following a brief illness. She was the widow of William J. Kozack. Born in Fall River, she was a daughter of the late Maximillian D'Elia and the late Lena (Allard) D'Elia. After living in Fall River for sixty five years she moved to Swansea in 1982 where she resided with her daughter Pamela McMahon. Jennie was a former parishioner of Holy Rosary Church in Fall River and was a member of the Fall River Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary. In addition to her daughter, Pamela, surviving family members include many nieces and nephews. She was also the grandmother of the late Shawn P. McMahon and sister of the late Ernest D'Elia, William D'Elia, Joseph D'Elia, Armand D'Elia, Yolanda D'Elia, Olivia Falandys, Helen Medeiros, Eva Peterson and Alma R. Faris. Her Funeral Msss was celebrated on Tuesday, November 23, in St. Louis de France Church in Swansea followed by a committal service at St Patrick Cemetery on Robeson Street in Fall River.
