Joao enjoyed spending time with his family and making people smile with his charm and humor.

"Lucky" Medeiros (wife, Lucy) of Albion, Maine; a daughter, Margarida "Maggie" DaLuz (husband, Peter) of Fall River; 4 grandchildren, Nicole Medeiros of Quincy, Casandra Ozcimder (husband, Kayhan) of Westborough, Donovan and Marissa DaLuz, of Fall River; a great grandchild, Teo Ozcimder of Westborough; and many nieces and nephews.
