Joao Ricardo Raimundo, 51, of Fall River, husband of Milca Mendes (De Morais) Raimundo, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 26, 2025 at St. Anne's Hospital following a long illness. Born in Campinas, Brazil, he was a son of the late Antonio Terezio Raimundo and the late Ana (Bispo) Raimundo.

Prior to his illness, he worked as a laborer in the local construction industry for many years. He loved music, playing the piano, guitar, viola, and trombone. He was a dedicated member of the Christian Congregation in the United States. Most notably, Joao was a very hard worker, provided well for his family, and relished the time he spent with all of them, especially his grandson.

Besides his loving wife of twenty-eight years, he leaves his daughters, Akla Giovana Raimundo of Brazil and Maria Laura Mendes Raimundo of Fall River; his grandson, Benicio Agassi; his sisters, Isabel Christina Raimundo and Ana Paula Raimundo, both of Brazil; his brother, Carlos Raimundo of Brazil; and several nieces and nephews.

His Funeral Service was held on Saturday, December 6th, during a visitation period in our Fall River Chapel followed by his committal at Oak Grove Cemetery.
