John A. Campezato, 71, of Fall River, dear friend and companion of Olga Cabral, passed away on Monday, July 27, 2026, at Carvalho Grove Nursing Home. Born in Sao Paulo, Brazil, John was the son of the late Vergilio Campezato and the late Maria (Reis) Campezato.

Prior to retirement, John worked as a boat maker at the Newport Shipyard. He enjoyed fishing and putting model cars together.

He is survived by his children and grandchildren; sister Maria L. Domingues and her husband Manuel, of Fall River; and many nieces and nephews.

Friends and relatives are invited to attend his Memorial Funeral Mass to be offered on Saturday, August 22, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. in St. Anthony of Padua Church, Fall River.
