John C. "Carlos" Medeiros, 61, of North Dartmouth, passed away on March 12, 2010. He was the husband of Agueda (Araujo) Medeiros, with whom he shared 37 years of marriage. He was the son of the late Manuel de Jesus and Maria (Germeina) Medeiros. Carlos was a member of both the Our Lady of Light Band Club and the Holy Ghost of New England. He especially enjoyed the time spent with his beloved granddaughter Alexia. Survivors include Susan Medeiros of Dartmouth, Melinda Gouveia (husband – Joseph) and Kelly Medeiros of Dartmouth; brother, Joe Medeiros of New Bedford; sister, Delores Botelho of New Bedford; granddaughter, Alexia Gouveia and several nieces and nephews. His funeral Mass was celebrated in St. George Church, Westport. He was laid to rest at Notre Dame Cemetery in Fall River, MA.
