John Terceira, 60, of Fall River, died Thursday 12/5/13 at Crawford Nursing Home after a long illness. Born in Fall River where he resided most of his life, he was the son of the late John R. & Adeline N. (Cordeiro) Terceira. A real estate appraiser in the local area for many years, he had also worked as a paramedic in San Francisco for 7 years and at St. Vincent's Home of Fall River for several years. He attained degrees in cognitive science, advanced hypnotherapy and medical hypnosis. He leaves a sister, Natalie Lavin (husband Todd) of Northridge, CA, a nephew, Eric J. Lavin, Esq. of Boston, and many loving cousins & friends. His Funeral Mass was celebrated on Saturday, December 14, in St Anthony of Padua Church followed by his committal at Notre Dame Cemetery.
