Jose Oliveira, 57, of Fall River, passed away Monday after a brief illness. He was the husband of Belmira (Furtado) Oliveira. Born in Lombinha da Maia, Portugal, son of Biolanja (Motta) Oliveira, of Fall River and the late Joao A. Oliveira, he worked in construction. He is survived by sons, Michael Oliveira and his wife Joyce, of Fall River and Richard Oliveira and his wife Melissa, of East Freetown; a brother, John Oliveira of Somerset; sisters, Theresa Moniz and Anna Pimental, both of Fall River; grandchildren, Lacey, Julianna, Kiera and Makenna, and several nieces and nephews. His funeral Mass was celebrated in Espirito Santo Church. His committal service was held at Notre Dame Cemetery.
