Jose S. Medeiros, 80, of No. Main St., passed away Monday after a long illness. Husband of Maria Jose Medeiros. Born in Furnas, St. Michael, Azores, son of the late Manuel and Maria Jose (Sousa) Medeiros. Beloved father of Eduarda Estrela and Angel Couture; grandfather of Joseph Estrela, Victoria and Allison Moniz; great grandfather of Nevaeh and Jade. He also leaves a sister and several nieces and nephews. His Funeral Mass was celebrated on Wednesday, February 6, in St Anthony of Padua Church followed by his committal and entombment at the Notre Dame Cemetery Mausoleum.
