Joseph Martins of Fall River, the husband of the late Beatrice (Oliveira) Martins, passed away at his Lawton Street home on Monday, November 22, 2021. Born in Somerset, MA, he was a son of the late Augustino and Agnes (Almeida) Martins. He was the Superintendent-Director of Diman Regional Vocational High School from 1993 to 2001 and a Fall River School Committee member from 2008 to 2019.

Joseph leaves: his children, Christine Brogan (husband - Russell) of Fall River, Peter Martins (wife - Carla) of Oregon and Susan Belmore (husband - William) of Fall River; 10 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; his brother, Louis Martin of Maryland; several nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Rose (Martins) Fontaine.
