Josephine (Issa) Milan, 84, of Fall River, passed away Saturday after a short illness. Born in Beirut, Lebanon, daughter of the late Abraham and Emily Issa, she was a retired sewing machine operator and a member of the Lebanon-American Ladies Auxiliary. Beloved mother of Sandra Keenan (husband-Richard), Emile (wife-Paula), Norman, John and George Milan (wife-Elizabeth); grandmother of Amy, Michael and Brian Keenan, Nicholas and Jacob Milan; great grandmother of Zachary, Kaitlyn and Alexandra Keenan; sister of George, Antoine, Ramon and John Issa, and the late Saleem, Lordie, Ramy and Marie Issa. She also leaves several nieces and nephews and had been married to the late Joseph Milan. Her Funeral Mass was celebrated on Thursday, June 14, in St. Anthony of the Desert Church followed by her committal at Notre Dame Cemetery.
