Julieta M. Silva, 51, of Fall River, wife of Jose "Danny" Silva, passed away Sunday, June 10, 2018, at home after an illness. Born in Rosario da Lagoa, St. Michael, Azores, daughter of Jose F. daCosta and Margarida (Santos) Costa, she lived in Fall River most of her life – immigrating with her family as a young child in 1971.

She worked in the local textile industry for many years with various companies, including Bomark and Quaker Fabric, and was also a hairdresser. Besides her husband, and parents, she is survived by: a son, Kyle James Lopes of Fall River; 2 step-daughters, Kimberly & Kendra Silva both of Fall River; 3 siblings, Antonio Costa of Westport, George Costa of Middleboro, and Stacy DeFreitas of Stoughton; a grandson, Andrew; and many nieces & nephews. She was also a sister of the late Norberto Costa.

Her Funeral Mass was celebrated on Wednesday, June 13th, in St Anthony of Padua Church followed by her committal at Notre Dame Cemetery.
