Julieta R. Varao, 75, of Fall River, passed away Saturday at Catholic Memorial Home. Widow of Guilherme Varao. Born in Lagoa, St. Michael, Azores, daughter of the late Angelo and Maria Rego Costa. She was a child care worker at the former St. Anne's School for many years. Beloved mother of Alice J. Sousa (husband-Joseph), Steve Varao and the late Aires M. Varao; grandmother of Jason, Jonathan, Nathan and Zachary Varao; sister of Joao L. Rego and the late Maria L. Rego. Julie also leaves her daughter-in-law, Dina M. Varao and several nieces and nephews. Her Funeral Mass was celebrated on Wednesday, April 9, in Espirito Santo Church followed by her committal at Notre Dame Cemetery.
