Juliette Cabral Souza, 82, of Fall River, the loving and devoted wife of Thomas M. Souza for over 63 years, passed away on Saturday, August 29, 2026, at Charlton Memorial Hospital, surrounded by her family. Born in Fall River, she was a daughter of the late John Cabral and the late Maria (Vaz) Cabral.

She attended Durfee High School graduating in 1962. She was employed for 30 plus years with Bank of Newport working at various branches. Julie enjoyed traveling, dining out, gardening and spending time with her family. She also had a great love for animals.

Besides of husband of 63 years, she was the loving mother of Lisa A. Rocha; two wonderful grandchildren, Nicole McGee and her husband Kevin, of New Hampshire and Shawn Rocha, and his partner Jennifer Canfield, of Fall River; two great-grandsons, Caleb and Bryson; her caring friend Kathy Givens, of Swansea; three nephews and many wonderful life-long friends. Juliette was predeceased by siblings Manuel Cabral and Sally Braga.

She will be deeply missed by all.

At the request of her family, her services will be held at a later date and are under the care of Silva-Faria Funeral Home.
