Kathleen A. Simcock, 73, of Swansea, passed away at home on Thursday, January 13, 2022, unexpectedly. Born in Fall River, daughter of the late James F. Higgins and the late Alma R. (Finn) Higgins, she resided in Swansea most of her life, and had worked for a number of years as a manager with New England Telephone, prior to her retirement.

Mother of the late Kim Robinson (husband Gary of Somerset), she is survived by: a brother, James F. Higgins (wife Terry) of Tiverton, RI; two grandchildren, Joshua Robinson and Lindsey Cabral both of Swansea; four great grandchildren, Nathan, Cora, Brady, and Bennett; and two nieces, Karen and Julie.
