Kim F. (Elias) McHugh, 54, of Fall River, formerly of Brockton, sadly passed away Sep 9 surrounded by her family. Daughter of Charles Elias of Bridgewater and the late Lorraine Elias of Brockton. She is survived by her loving children Angela, Crystal, Amy, Keith, David, Shawn, Kayla and her nine grandchildren. She was also a beloved sister, aunt and friend. Following her cremation, a memorial gathering was held on Wednesday, September 18 in our Fall River Chapel.
