Laura F. Greenwell, 85, of Swansea, widow of Albert Greenwell, went home to the Lord Wednesday 7/25/12 with loving family by her side. Born in Somerset, she was a daughter of the late Manuel & Victoria (Gonsalves) Braga. A graduate of Union Hospital School of Nursing, she was employed as a registered nurse for many years. She leaves: 3 children, Jane F. Joubert (husband James), Jo Anne Rolston (husband Chuck), & John M. Greenwell (wife Kathy); a sister, Victoria Howarth; 5 grandchildren, Laura McLaughlin, Matthew Newell, Devon Howe, Andrew & Olivia Greenwell; a great granddaughter, Tessa; several nieces & nephews. Her Funeral Service was held on Saturday, July 28 in our Somerset Chapel. She was laid to rest were her late husbandat the Rhode Island Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Exeter.
