Laura G. Rodrigues, 87, of Fall River and wife of the late Moses Rodrigues, passed away peacefully on Friday, July 2, 2021 at St. Anne's Hospital after a brief illness. Born in Terceira, Azores, she was a daughter of the late Georgino Goulart and the late Maria De Lourdes (Silveira Sampaio) Goulart.

Prior to her retirement she was a seamstress in the local garment industry for many years. She loved cooking, baking, and spending quality time with her family.

She leaves:  her loving sons, Anthony G. Rodrigues and his wife, Fatima, of Mattapoisett, Georgino (Gino) Rodrigues and Frank G. Rodrigues of Fall River; her six grandchildren, Jaclyn Rodrigues, Moses Rodrigues, Bianca Rodrigues, Kara Rodrigues, Michael Rodrigues, and Jordan Rodrigues: six great-grandchildren; a sister, Georgina Batista (late husband, Joe) of Fall River; one brother, Georgino Goulart (late wife, Alice) of Swansea; and many nieces and nephews. She was also the mother of the late Moses G. Rodrigues and Joseph G. Rodrigues and sister of the late Manuel Goulart, Maria Cunha, Nair Raposo, and Carlos Goulart.

Her Funeral Mass was celebrated on Tuesday, July 6th, in St. Anthony of Padua Church followed by her committal at St. Patrick Cemetery in Fall River.
