Leonard "Dick" Tracy, 84, of Bristol,RI, died Tuesday at the V. A. Medical Center in Providence. Husband of the late Estelle M. (Desrosiers) Tracy . Born in East Providence, son of the late Jospeh L. and Henrietta (Radikin) Tracy. He was a WWII veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard and was an avid racing enthusiast. Survivors include sons, Michael Joseph Tracy of Seekonk, MA and Chris Leo Tracy of North Kingstown,RI, daughters, Sandra Lee Hayward of Berkley, MA and Shirley Ann Polaski of Rehoboth, MA, grandchildren, Tamara Donovan, Kerri Tracy and Nathan Tracy. He was also brother of the late Shirley Tedeschi. His funeral service was held on Friday (10/12) at our SOMERSET FUNERAL HOME. Rev. Gregory Baker officiated. Committal services followed at Oak Grove Cemetery in Fall River. Pallbearers were Bobby Chase, Michael Tracy, Chris Tracy, Michael Caito, Ray Gross and Stew Saunders. Serving as a honorary pallbearer was Nathan Tracy.
