Lillian Cardozo, 90, of Fall River, wife of the late George Cardozo, passed away peacefully at home on Monday. Born in Fall River, she was the daughter of the late John and Amelia (Resendes) Medeiros. She worked in the local textile industry as a sewing machine operator for many years. Lillian loved cooking, gardening, taking care of her home and her cherished family. She leaves her children: Kathleen Pereira (late husband-Ronald), Michelle Cardozo (spouse-Toni Botelho), David Cardozo and Paul Cardozo, all of Fall River; 9 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great-grandchildren; a daughter-in-law, Patricia Cardozo; and many nieces and nephews. She was also the mother of the late George Cardozo and sister of the late Louis Medeiros and the John Medeiros. Her Funeral Mass was celebrated on Friday, April 28th, in Holy Name Church followed by her committal at Notre Dame Cemetery.
