Linda A. DeSousa, 66, of Fall River, former wife of Jose N. DeSousa, passed away unexpectedly at home on Wednesday, December 21, 2023. Born in New Bedford, she was the daughter of the late Richard A. Snow and the late Jacqueline (Besse) Snow.

Prior to her retirement she worked in the local textile industry for many years. She loved arts and crafts, crocheting, tracing her family ancestry, and the company of her cats. Most important to Linda was spending quality time with her family.

She is survived by her children, Shawn DeSousa, Sheila DeSousa, and Shane DeSousa; her three grandchildren, Tori DeSousa, Tre-Sean DeSousa, and Jackson DeSousa; her sisters, Lynette Dupuis and Victoria Snow-Field; her brothers, Dana Snow and his wife, Gail, Ralph Snow, and Michael Snow and his wife, Susan; as well as several nieces and nephews. She was also the sister of the late Candess Snow, Richard A. Snow, Jr., and her twin, Laura Hussey.

Her cremation was private. For information on her memorial service and/or burial of her ashes, please contact her family.
