Lionel T. Ferreira, 86, of Westport, passed away on Wednesday. He was the husband of the late Irene (Alves) Ferreira. Born in Fall River, son of the late Jose and Guilhermina (Furtado) Ferreira. Survivors include sons, Mark J. Ferreira (wife - Sandra) of Fall River and Matthew J. Ferreira (wife - Jen) of Abington, MA; grandchildren, Jacob, Joshua, Nicholas, Chelsea and Alexandria; and several nieces and nephews. He was also brother of the late John Ferreira, Rose Sousa and Bertha Blais. His Funeral Mass was celebrated on Monday, November 3, in Our Lady of Grace Church in Westport followed by his committal at Beech Grove Cemetery.
