Lisa D. Farias, 64, of Westport, wife of the late James S. Farias, Jr., passed away peacefully at St. Anne's Hospital following a long illness. Born in Fall River, she was a daughter of the late Andrew D. Barlow and the late Anne (Perry) Barlow.

Prior to her retirement she worked as a medical secretary for many years. She loved rides by the ocean, to Newport, Bristol, and Colt State Park. But what Lisa enjoyed most was spending quality time with her family, especially her sisters.

She leaves her daughter, Jessica Horsman and her husband, Russell of Fall River; her two grandchildren, Ethan Horsman and Ryan Horsman; her brother, Mark Barlow and his wife, Joan, of Collegeville, Pennsylvania; three sisters, Joanne Wells of Dartmouth, Carol Steiblin and her husband, Maurice, of Westport, and Kelli Towers and her husband, Mark, of Westport; and several nieces and nephews who loved and adored her. She was also the sister of the late Lori Chouinard.

According to her wishes, Lisa was buried privately along side her late husband in their family lot at Notre Dame Cemetery.
