Lloyd R. Sherman, "Skip," 57, of Fall River, peacefully passed away on Friday, September 14, 2018, at Somerset Ridge Nursing Center. Lifelong resident of Fall River, he was a son of Celia (Babiarz) Sherman and the late Frederick Sherman. He was a maintenance worker for the Bristol County court system for many years.

An avid sports fan, Skip played in the Scholarship City Softball League for over twenty years where he was inducted into the Hall of Fame. He was also a current member of the Holy Ghost Bayview Club and a former member of the Italian Progressive Club ("IPC").

Besides his mother, Skip is survived by: his beloved daughter, Bethany Camara and her husband Kevin; two grandchildren whom he adored, Kevin Jr. and Ella; a brother, Lawrence Sherman and his wife Marie; several "favorite" nieces and nephews; and many lifelong friends. He was also a brother of the late Linda Gray and Leonard Sherman.

His Funeral Mass was celebrated on Thursday, September 20th, in St Anthony of Padua Church. His private cremation followed.
