Lorraine Gehrke, 94, of Somerset, wife of the late Frank Gehrke, passed away peacefully on Monday, January 2, 2023 at Charlton Memorial Hospital following a brief illness. Born in Somerset, she was a daughter of the late John Fragosa and the Gloria (Pereira) Fragosa.

A true homebody, she always kept her home in neat and immaculate condition. Lorraine also had a strong affection for all kinds of animals.

She leaves her loving daughter, Lisa Rose of Swansea; her grandchildren, Amy Rose and Joshua Rose; and many nieces and nephews. She was the mother of the late Randy Gehrke and sister of Mary Galega, Agnes Gates, Elsie Fragosa, and Dorothy Botelho.

Her Funeral arrangements, under the care of the Silva-Faria Funeral Homes, were private.
